Problem with PLA penetration inside the heating head

Hi, I encountered an issue with my Creality K1 MAX. I started printing a part in PLA, but when I returned, I found the machine had stopped due to an error from the temperature sensor. PLA had leaked inside, damaging the outer cover of the print head. I wasn’t able to clean it properly, and now the upper part is broken. I’d like to replace the entire damaged upper section, but I’m not sure of the names or references for the replacement parts. Could you help me identify the correct spare parts so I can place an order?
