I just bought a K1C printer to see how much luck I have with lost PLA shell casting. I make small aluminum and brass castings using lost wax, lost foam and HOPEFULLY lost PLA (shell) methods. Hoping to get some hints here pretty soon once I start attempting some 3D prints. My printers not even here yet! lol... It's sitting in some clearing house in Richmond BC. I have the feeling the first few prints will be with modifying the printer to lessen some of the typical print probs. Any advice?
