Hi,
Having a Ender 3 v2 since a couple of years. Always worked ok. Added a BL touch copy right after I bought it. Printing a couple of times a year, so not much use.
My leveling just started to fail, it suddely failed to level, G28, G29 did not make it even try to level after home.
Tried to install a new firmware, now it levels but prints "in the air". If I try to level it once again, it give a different mesh / matrix.
If I "tune" the printer by adjusting z-probe offset I can get it to start, but it will not compensate for the bed, which seem to be a bit off in the center.
The mesh gives sometimes up to 1.8 but often 0.7 offset between min and max. If i put a ruler on the bed, it looks flat to me.
If I try the M48 it gives this.
Analysis of the Z-Probe Repeatability Test Results:
Based on your printer’s M48 probe repeatability test results:
I have just bought another BL touch clone of amazon to try to switch it, will likely arrive tomorrow. I tried to jiggle the printer parts to see if something is loose, but I do not think so. It is possible to move it up and down on the z-axis if i force the right side (the side opposite of the stepper motor) but I guess it need to be like this as the stepper supports just one side.
Any ideas where to stat looking, is this a software, sensor/hw or mechanical problem?
